PAYMENTS

Check the availability of our facilities for your desired dates and choose your preferred type of accommodation.
We do not accept online payments.
To confirm your reservation, you can pay with the WISE app or directly from the WISE website. It is easier, faster, and cheaper than a classic bank transfer and is a guaranteed secure payment method. You will only need our email once registered : surfdubled@gmail.com (it only takes 10 minutes to create an account on WISE).
We will send you the transfer information via email once you book.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation on D+31: credit for a future stay (valid for 12 months).
Cancellation between D-30 to D-15: 50% of the stay.
Cancellation between D-15 and the arrival date: 100% of the stay.

We advise you to take out travel insurance to mitigate the risks of cancellation.


CANCELLATION POLICY: GROUP/PRIVATIZATION

Cancellation on D+60: credit for a future stay (valid for 12 months).
Cancellation on D-31: 50% of the stay.
Cancellation on D-30: 100% of the stay.
